SHD Photoplates This is a silver halide, high contrast, high resolution photoplate that is used to image photomasks and patterns for micro-electronics and holography use. This plate is on standard sodalime glass that is ULTRA FLAT. It is an undyed emulsion with an anti-halation backing on the backside of the substrate. These plates come in standard sizes from 2” to 8×10” and larger.
ARCSL CHROME Photoplates This is a Chromium Clad High Contrast
Photoplate with approximately 1,000 Ang. of Metalization. The Substrate is Soda Lime Glass with a high thermo coefficient of expansion. It is coated with AZ1518 Positive Photoresist ready for Ultra violet Light exposure.
ARCQZ CHROME Photoplates This is a Chromium Clad High Contrast Photoplate with approximately 1,000 Ang. Of Metalization. The substrate is Quartz (fused silica) with a low thermo coefficient of expansion. It is coated with AZ 1518 Positive Photoresist ready for Ultra violet Light exposure.
FEOSL IRON OXIDE Photoplates This is an Iron-Oxide High Contrast Photoplate with approximately 2,000 Ang. Of FeO coating. The coating allows visible light to be seen through it while masking the Ultra Violet wavelengths. This plate is Coated with AZ 1518 Positive Photoresist Resist and ready for UV exposure.

TECHNICAL NOTE:

All of these photoplates are ortho-chromatic, being sensitive to both green and blue light. Use a very narrow wavelength bandpass filter that is matched to the color correction of the lens used to image the patterns.

If ultra violet light is used ascertain that the narrow bandwidth filter used matches the lens focus wavelength.
